Vineyards cultivated on hillsides between 500 and 600 metres above sea level on sandy soils rich in calcium and limestone.
Harvested in the second decade of September.
In the cellar
Soft pressing, fermentation at 10-12 °C to enhance the varietal aromas.
Maturation in stainless steel tanks for three months and refinement in the bottle for a further three months.
A rosé for everyday drinking, refreshing and fruity. Intense salmon colour, with a mouth-watering bouquet of cherry, raspberry and candy. Refreshing, delicately savoury and persistent on the palate.
