In the vineyard
Vineyards cultivated on hillsides between 500 and 600 metres above sea level on sandy soils rich in calcium and limestone.
Harvested in the third decade of September.
In the cellar
Soft pressing, fermentation at 10-12 °C to enhance the varietal aromas.
Maturation in stainless steel tanks for three months and refinement in the bottle for a further three months.
A white wine to drink every day, soft and fruity. Pale lemon in colour with golden highlights, it has a floral character, with hints of crisp stone fruits and citrus fruits. On the palate it is fresh, soft and easy to drink.
Lightly matured cheeses, delicate fish starters and first courses, courgette-based first courses.
