Our main objective was, at the outset, to select the best grapes from different wine-growing areas of Sicily, in order to make wine in full respect of the grape variety, the area of origin and the environment.
This has led us over time to meet several grape producers, who like us, believe in a quality viticulture, sustainable and attentive to the traditions of our land.
In the winery the grapes come from Monreale (PA), Grotte (AG), Milazzo (ME) and Marsala (TP) from where were selected the autochthonous grape varieties - Grillo, Catarratto, Insolia, Nero d'Avola, Moscato bianco, Zibibbo , Malvasia - and the international grape varieties- Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah - that best adapt to the climatic characteristics of our territory.

Every year through a rigorous selection protocol we buy only the best grapes, checking, regularly, the evolution so as to collect each variety at the time of optimal maturation.
Vineyards of Monreale and Borgetto
The Vineyards of Monreale and Borgetto are located in the hills of the Jato valley about 400 meters above sea level. After years of research, in this area we have found the best conditions to produce high quality white and red wines.
